What to include
Three things get you an accurate figure first time:
- Where the site is — a postcode is perfect
- What's on it — a rough count of equipment items, and whether there's a MUGA, skate park, outdoor gym or safety surfacing
- What you need — an inspection, a repair, surfacing work, or advice on setting up the full regime
Photos help enormously, especially for repairs and surfacing — a couple of phone pictures is usually enough for us to price the job. If you already hold an inspection report, whoever wrote it, send that and we'll quote against the findings item by item.
Managing several sites? List them all — grouped rounds are priced per round, not per call-out.

Clerks and business managers
If you need a figure for a meeting, a precept paper or a budget submission, say so and we'll format the quote so it can go into the pack as it stands. If the council or governing body wants the findings talked through, that's part of the job, not an extra.
